Echelon Global has established an authorised Centre of Excellence (CoE) to provide implementation and customer support services for select SmartStream clients and regional distributors in the Africa, Bangladesh, India, Middle East and South East Asia markets. The CoE facilitates access to a pool of highly qualified but flexible resources enabling SmartStream’s customers and distribution partners to utilise a combination of SmartStream and Echelon resources for solution implementations and first line support.
Echelon is a Specialist Consultancy House, focusing in areas of Customer Engagement Planning and Business Consulting; Relationship Management; Process Design and Automation; Systems Integration and Implementation Services for various Business Technology Solutions. It is managed by a group of people who have extensive experience within the EMEA region.
