The SmartStream RDU offers a managed service for vendor-sourced reference data, including fixed income and equities. The RDU empowers customers to exercise control over crucial cross-referenced security data with all key market identifiers. It does this by checking for multiple dimensions of quality, and enriches the data, accordingly. Spanning the full depth and breadth of the available data universe, across multiple vendors, the service delivers the normalised (raw) reference data at the start of the trading day. Thereby, insulating firms by ensuring corporate actions are applied before the data enters the door.
