We are currently experiencing a degradation in some of our windows-based devices and thus users. We believe, as is widely reported, this is related to changes made by CrowdStrike. Our team are actively collaborating with them to resolve the issue and restore normal operations. Once the issue is resolved, we will request a comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) and a detailed remediation plan from CrowdStrike.
