Production Fee and Invoice Management Team Lead

We are looking for a Production Fee and Invoice Management Team Lead to manage a high performing team, delivering quality service to our clients according to SLAs and Target Performance. Job Responsibilities


  • Manage a team by operational objectives for daily delivery of SLAs and target performance, keeping client fully informed of progress
  • Manage resources to ensure up-to-date knowledge of the business, processes, procedures and systems
  • Coordinate across all SmartStream’s teams to improve efficiency
  • Liaise with client and providers to improve our processes and procedures, lower our cost and deliver SLA and Target Performance
  • Liaise with the Product Manager regarding any appropriate system changes
  • Liaise with Development team on any day to day system issues until resolution
  • Liaise with Continuous Improvement team
  • Work with multiple teams to provide ideas and input into improving the TFIM solution
  • Team Coaching and Management
  • MIS

  • Advanced knowledge of the Brokerage, Market and Clearing Custody Fee Management including the fee schedule interpretation and investigation of invoice processing failures
  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Professional knowledge of Trading fee management
  • Excellent Time management and organisational skills with proven effective prioritisation skills
  • Ability to motivate teams to exceed performance expectations within fast moving environments

  • Some travel may be required



Qualifications and Experience


  • Graduate/Post graduate qualification in a Banking or Financial Service industry subject
  • 3+ years experience of managing teams in fee management
  • Experience of working within a SLA environment
  • Proven experience of data reconciliation
  • Experience and familiarity with project methodology
  • Experience of working within a Software House or Development centre would be advantageous
