Trade Finance Project Methodology Training

How does SmartStream conduct implementation projects? What are the tools and procedures it has developed for this purpose?

SmartStream has defined a methodology called SmartStep. This was further adapted to the specific circumstances and challenges of a full 'made to measure' implementation project with TLM Trade Finance. Such project are special in the sense that the software package is delivered as a near operational application that can be adapted to fit the specific requirements of any bank. This methodology deals with identification of gaps and the tracking of their resolution in a manageable way.

Objectives
Attendees will learn how a project is structured by SmartStream consultants and why certain steps and tools are used and needed. They will be shown the individual responsibilities and the techniques to analyse and customise. The different tools that are in use will be shown to fit together to generate suitable project management information for tracking and monitoring of the scope and budget.
