Trade Finance Administration Training

The operations and management of an implemented application from a technical point of view.

It looks at the set-up of access rights, menus and tasks; background tasks that need to run and under which conditions. It also considers housekeeping and general maintenance tasks such as upgrade installations, printing and database table handling.

Objectives
To teach the audience about the infrastructure used by TLM Trade Finance and how to set it up and keep it running.

Attendees will be able to monitor the operation of the system, deal with problems and initiate housekeeping. They will learn to participate in implementation projects for the part of administration set up and train banking staff.

Intended Audience
SmartStream Technical Consultants in Professional Services and Support.
Technical Consultants from partners who will contribute to the implementation projects.
Bank staff that will participate in the technical set-up and maintenance of the trade finance applications.
